I moved from St. Louis to Arizona over three years ago. I’ve been missing Dad‘s cookies. When I found out you delivered cross country I was so happy. I ordered a 3 pound box and it was sublime. I had to have more so I ordered a 5 pound box. Unfortunately.. Unfortunately, the cookies in that box were kind of stale with an old undertaste.. I contacted the folks at Dad‘s cookies and they shipped a replacement 5 pound box at no charge immediately. I received them and they were perfect.
In my opinion, Dad‘s cookies are the greatest cookies in the nation.
